Returns & Refunds policy
1. Identity of the Seller
The seller is G. E. One Five One', located in Brussels, Belgium.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from the seller and every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.
3. The Offer & Pricing
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products (Cookbooks). All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and stated before checkout.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set out (specifically, the completion of payment). As payment is made via manual bank transfer, the order is confirmed only upon receipt of funds into the seller’s bank account.
5. Payment
Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided at checkout. If payment is not received within 7 days, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery is performed by standard mail services. The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
7. Liability
The seller is not liable for indirect damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Returns & Refunds Policy (Legal Minimum)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the book.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an e-mail sent to returns@kitchen.onefiveone.be).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (Bank Transfer); you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Cost of Returns
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value & Exceptions
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Specifically for books: Returns will not be accepted if the book shows signs of reading (e.g., cracked spine, dog-eared pages, stains, or other damage). The product must be returned in unused, resaleable condition in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@kitchen.onefiveone.be with non AI photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
